Really great post with some helpful advice listed. Networking can be overwhelming and stressful so I am always looking for tips. A book that really helped me with my networking skills is, “Social Wealth” by author Jason Treu (http://beextraordinary.tv/). This book is really interesting in its approach to success. While trying to be a better business woman I have tried many self help strategies but this one is very unique. He proves that highly successful people are excellent at building relationships…with friends, customers, employees, colleagues, partners, investors, etc. That is what separates extraordinary success from ordinary progress. You don’t have to have the best product to win. But you if you don’t have great people, you certainly won’t. I hope you will check it out. It’s a fascinating book that really changed how I view my business practices.
