My name is Wade Danielson and I am the host and creator of The Entrepreneurs Library (The EL). At just 30 years young, I tell people that I have always been entrepreneurial minded because I had business ideas at the age of 10. It was not until the age of 21 that I actually started my first business part-time while working a few sales jobs full time. Finally, at age 26, I decided to step away from corporate America and become a full-fledged entrepreneur. Since then Jackie and I have started a few other companies and enjoy building them organically from the ground up.
Over time I have learned that it is through reading for which I have been able to grow a business from zero and turn it into a multi-million dollar company in four short years. Mentorship is not always easy to find, but there are a vast amount of books for entrepreneurs out there that will help you build businesses just like I have. Some of these books become widely known best sellers however most of them become under appreciated and go unnoticed.
When it comes to business and personal development, I tend to focus on improving the areas of health, wealth, and entrepreneurship. In 2013 I discovered podcasting. The intimacy, the specific knowledge, and the ease of listening to them had me hooked from day one. From that moment on, I knew it was time to start my next endeavor, The Entrepreneurs Library.
The Entrepreneurs Library was established to create in-depth previews and great reviews on the latest and best books that every entrepreneur should read. A like many other entrepreneurs, when you are looking for the next great book, you ask around, search online for “great business books” or you check out Amazon for recommendations. That is fine and dandy, however these types of reviews and recommendations provide a very vague glimpse of what the book is really about, leaving you with more questions.
My goal is to bring the best books for entrepreneurs to the surface and take you on a deep dive with the author to focus on the book at hand. Our slogan is, “It’s all about the book,” for a reason. Typical interviews with book authors tend to focus mostly on the author rather than the book. Now, I am simply switching that up!
Each interview will break down the book, chapter by chapter with no other than the authors themselves. On a few occasions I will break down the books myself or have someone from the book’s foundation on air with me. Books on selling, marketing, relationships, innovation, building and scaling, hiring and firing, attitude, and productivity just to name a few.
The EL will become your one resource to read, listen to, or watch before you plan on buying your next book to grow a business or create a new one. Business can be an entrepreneur’s worst enemy but productivity is the name of the game! The EL is here to help!
If you are new to The EL, I would love your feedback on how we can make our website, podcast, and online community better. Maybe there are questions you would like answered that we have not yet addressed on the show. Either way, this podcast was created for you, the hungry entrepreneur who is looking to take his or her business to the next level. No matter what you are doing; working out, driving to work, or bored at work, The Entrepreneurs Library will help you identify that next book for you to dive into.
